It’s now May 1st and I’m still not able to access downloaded files (Roster, Draft Class, etc) in my Load-Delete folder. I can download stuff all day long but can’t access it afterward.
It seems this has been an issue for over a month now. How is it not fixed yet? I’ve reloaded Madden, I’ve cleared all other file... still nothing.
It's now May 23rd and I still can't download any community files...absolute trash. Clearly EA knows their bread is buttered with their MUT products and are choosing to ignore this issue which affects their most loyal and longstanding customers, its really a shame. Hopefully real fans can get a 2K game soon, their NBA 2K franchise mode absolutely crushes anything EA has ever put out. I've bought Madden for the last 15 years but I don't even know if I'll buy the next one because of this garbage

Please reach our Support team at Help.EA.com or on Twitter at EA Help so they can get that fixed for you. This was addressed by the team and it's possible you may need to clear your console cache to push the fix through. I'm sorry it's been frustrating, but our Support team will help you out.
Thanks but no, this is a new error as of about 4 days ago. When someone uploads a draft class the created by column says "-". I'm not sure why this is happening but maybe because this is blank we are getting this error message? This is happening for everyone not just me. I have cleared my cache today.
