I saw Polamlu do it time and time again, he times the snap just perfect and jump over the offensive line and ruins the play, and it's that kind of thing that made Polamlu a QB's most terrifying opponent to play against.

That X-Factor would make total sense for him, but there would have to be some animation built into it which I can't guarantee you could happen in Madden 20 at this point of the year. If activated though, would you have to go to the line of scrimmage and time the snap with RT to get an extra advantage in getting to the QB? Giving someone the ability to leap over to force a play to be practically null would seem unfair, so a little work should still have to be put into it?

Absolutely, it would have to be something the user would have to time perfectly. He could also do it to block field goals.
