You'll need the Golden Ticket for the 99. He only goes up to 96 for the Power Up right now.

Yeah, The Golden Ticket is a 99 and that's why I thought the 99 Power Up Pass could substitute for the 99 Golden Ticket Bo Jackson within his Power Up card but you didn't add the 99 Golden Ticket version to the Power Up so I still sit here with a useless 99 Power Up Pass. One thing I've discovered is that not all 99s are even remotely equally balanced. Some 99s are more like 109s and some 99s are like 99s. The 99 Troy Polamalu MLB for example is more like a 109.

The golden tickets have nothing to do with power ups I used my 99 on Jerry rice
