Does anyone else get tired of having all of music be from the same genre.

Why does the soundtrack have to be all rap every year. Some variety would be nice, I enjoy a wide variety of music. Mix it up a little or give us a way to change the soundtrack. I have been a Madden player since 1999. Some respect for everyone's taste.

I can't say I am bothered. For me personally, I don't want to say that I don't care about the music but, well... they could blare punk alternative music and I probably wouldn't even notice but that's where music is on my priority list.

As soon as the novelty wears off, I slide the music to 0% for the rest of the season.

They need to make a deal with Spotify or do something where the music also updates or new tracks are added in the more major updates. Or link up with a sports news outlet to have the option to play a podcast/radio show during the game.

What music artists are you wanting to listen to? Drop their names.

@gogiants98 A Spotify deal would be pretty cool, imo. Never really thought about the idea of injecting sports Podcasts into the game, maybe with the momentum Spotify is having at the moment there will be something like that in the future. Fans loved that talk radio show in the past, so instead of having pre-recorded shows I guess you could say having live Podcasts could take it to a whole new level.

Yeah and I can't remember what Madden it was, but at least one or two years there was an NFL News ticker on the home screen I think? Something like that where spotify works with Madden would be awesome. When I'm in a mode where I won't be playing a game but doing things like MUT Auctions, managing or simming in CFM, etc. I listen to the app anyway.

Yep..tired of the same genre of music. There was a time in the franchise when they mixed it up with top stuff from 4 different genres. That was a long time ago. It's certainly not bad music, Madden 20 had some good stuff. But your point is noted and many agree with you. Music designer has very narrow view and EA is catering heavily to a specific group because of politics so the majority of gamers get ignored while the minority gamers call all the shots.

If I could pick 3 rock songs I'd want to hear in Madden 21 it would be.
#1 Under the graveyard. Ozzie Osbourne.
#2 Heart shaped box. Nirvana.
#3 Strange days. Three Days Grace.

Madden used to have a variety. I like the soundtrack its one of the big things about Madden and its usually new low key artists that sometimes blow up in part thanks to Madden. I agree going back to a rock/rap variety would be nice.

Yeah the music bums me out. Most of the time I mute all music and play music off my phone during menu navigation. I'm not against the rap but I'd like it to be more diverse. Give us a bunch of other options too. Linkin Park, Twenty One Pilots, ACDC, Rush, Avicii, Blink 182, The Dirty Heads, Stick Figure, Foo Fighters, Trampled by Turtles... I don't know. Something other than just rap lol.

Easy fix. Go to menu options and turn the music to 0. This is a must do when I get the newest madden.

I just turn their music off and listen to my own. There are very few game soundtracks I like listening to more then once. The music from the Fallout, GTA, and SR series, are the few exceptions

It's a shame they didn't take what 2k did on the Xbox version of NFL 2k5 where you could import your own music, even into the stadium. It really was a nice idea.

Madden 08 was the final Madden I ever purchased because they stopped doing it on the PC after that. Seems the game has gone down-hill ever since. So sad. But that's what happens when you have only one company allowed to make a licensed NFL product.

It's not just Madden, UFC is the same way. Nothing but rap all the time....It sucks!
