X-Factors are a Joke

I know the whole X-Factors thing was to separate Superstars from scrubs. In gameplay for the most part, the X-Factors are cool. But in simulating through Franchise seasons, they are a complete Joke! Simply put, the Superstar players don't perform or separate themselves from ordinary players.

Has anyone been able to accumulate the Route Apprentice X-Factor? I’ve tried multiple times with Dallas Goedert but no avail.
