Even worse for me. I have the same error code. What makes my situation worse is after the last update, 1.09, all my franchise saves are corrupt and no longer valid. For the love of God, please fix this issue EA, its worse not better!!!!!!
yea this issue sucks. Installed update 1.09 and now I cant play any game in franchise mode. At this point you can keep your game EA, lets talk refunds. I want my money back, I bought a broken game....how are you gonna make this right?
EA will make it right in November... when they pay attention to franchise mode for a week... they go back to mut and yard money making ****... madden 20 to 21 was just a roster update and a bunch of glitches. Well done EA... you’ve shown you are incapable of making a quality product. Your efforts to make things right are down right pathetic... as chad “ochocinco” Johnson would say “child please” !!!
I am having this issue and it's causing me to not be able to play my online franchise league games to the point where I'll be forced to leave the league because I can't play. Please address!
Happens to me when i go to start a game in franchise mode. I can simulate through the game to the next week and i can play that game but then it happens in the following week again. Not sure how this isnt fixed yet?
This game is literally unplayable and a complete waste of money.
Was getting the error code as my franchise pre season game was loading followed the steps even the reinitialization and re downloaded the game now i am getting the error at the title load screen. Is it something with my PS4 or my digital download.
I have even had a friend login as me from his PlayStation and he got the error message as well but he can play his own game just fine. This is wild to me getting real sick or something always going wrong

This specific issue was addressed in an update but it's still possible to experience this error from an individual basis for corrupted saves. Have you cleared all the save files for Madden NFL 21 in the cloud for your PSN profile?
Here it is 10/24/20 and it still isn't fixed I'm stuck on the purple loading screen then it crashes my ps4 all over applications work and work great! Why does this keep happening and when will it be fixed? Gonna miss all of most feared promo!

Do you know if you have any corrupted save files on the local drive and cloud that you can check?
Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive and/or have any other devices attached to the console? I've seen performance issues with random devices plugged into the consoles.
They don’t care about us. (connected franchise community). I’m in 3 connected Franchise leagues, and in one league. It gives me the CE-34878-0 error every other week when the game is loading to play my opponent.. I called EA support, and an EA rep told me it’s Playstation tech fault.. I called Playstation Tech. support and they told me since it only happens in Madden 21 it’s EA’s fault. I did all the steps to reset my ps4 and same problem. So then I tried my sons playstation to see if it was indeed my PS4, but the same problem on his playstation... FIX IT PLEASE.

There should be Franchise stability improvements in tomorrow's Title Update. Please let me know whether you're still being impacted by this.
