Offensive Line Blocking Assignments

Today I broke down the OL blocking assignments vs Nickel 2-4-5. I ran Gun Ace Slot Offset inside zone. I ran it 20 times and the OT and the OG pick up different defensive players on different plays.

Does anyone know why this happens? Not consistent at all. Is this planned ?
