Sliders All Madden Franchise Player

Hello, I would like to find sliders for my player career in Franchise mode. I tried several Sliders that I saw on Youtube but none convinced me. I'll explain my problems to you. I make careers playing MLB and the problem is that not all the QBs on my team go above 50% in passing even though I play on the team with the best QB. Second thing I do great seasons as an MLB but my teammate is really horrible in defense the opposing QB turns at + 70% pass completed. In addition, the opponent has 3/4 of the time the ball becomes tiring. I have the impression that the sliders that can be found on the internet are mainly to make Franchises in Coach mode Can anyone advise me?
