Dropped coverages in man defense.

Has anybody else been experiencing an issue when selecting man defense that one of the defenders will not cover his assignment and will blitz the qb? Because this has been an ongoing issue every game i play. I pick man def. even manually assign them to x, circle, triangle, etc. I have even use R1 button and select and committed to pass defense and it still happens. It's like when they fake blitz then drop back in coverage, but instead they fake coverage and blitz. WTH!!!!

I just opened a ticket about this too. It happens all the time!

I'm trying not to throw this years Madden in the trash. I can't deal with the man to man coverage issues. The defender leaves the receiver open to rush the quarterback on its own and I have lost playoff games because of this. Somebody please tell me what's going on
