Cannot get into cloud Franchise

As a result of the title update released today (October 15th), members of my cloud franchise mode and myself cannot get into our Cloud Franchise. We receive the error:

"Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu."

Is there ANY information on this?
