    Deleting the game and re-installing it will NOT deleted your Madden Ultimate Team.

    Your MUT team is saved to our servers. Deleting the game off your system will delete locally saved files, such as offline franchise games. Connected Franchises are saved to the cloud.

    Followed all pc advice regards deleting LCU files etc - still no connection. C'mon guys this is poor.

    I’m on Xbox and the servers been down for almost 2 days. I haven’t been able to finish solo battles or weekend league. I sure hope theirs going to be some make rights coming?

    Today's Madden NFL 21 Emergency Title Update addressed an issue where players were getting locked out of signing into Madden NFL 21.

    The Emergency Title Update went live on all platforms (Xbox/Playstation/PC) at 9AM PT/12:00PM ET today, Monday, November 9th.

  • This is far from a solution EA, I'm on PC and have tried everything to find the files you suggest and absolutely nothing and have even taken suggestions from other people. Not to mention you just dropped another update today (figured it was the fix) that was 1.08 GB but I still can't play my game. EA is ****, a bunch of clueless and careless people working at a million-dollar company is beyond me.

    Have you re-started the Origin client? Players are actively online so I'm wondering if a quick restart will fix that for you.

    I just restarted the Origin Client, the PC itself but I still can't play the game. Why we can't even play the franchise mode "offline" while you finish your debugging?

    What happens when you try to play it? Try right-clicking on the game in your Origin Games Library to hit REPAIR before launching it. Let me know if that helps.

    Hi Blueberry,

    that fixed the Problem. Thank you!
    Is it possible apart from that, that you allow people to play game modes that do not necessary need the online functions?

    This workaround is no longer needed as the team pushed out a fix on Tuesday 11/10. Closing discussion.
