    Tried all the steps. Still getting disconnected from server message and unable to play
  • I'm on Xbox and I haven't been able to connect to the EA Servers since Friday. I had the issue on my Xbox One X and now again on my brand new Xbox Series X so it's not console or network related. I deleted the reserve 4GB file, Installed the game from scratch, and power cycled the network and Xbox, still nothing. EA chat support is useless so don't even bother wasting your time with them. I'm really hoping someone here can get this thing figured out.

  • When will they fix the ability to edit custom draft players names without losing the commentary audio? You could do this in 19/20 but they took it away. Why?
  • @EA_Blueberry servers are having issues loading into H2H seasons during Mut. An error message occurs and makes me load back into another game or gives me a loss because it gets stuck on the loading screen. I checked my connection and rebooted my WiFi and still have the same issues.

    Have you power cycled your console and network yet?
  • @EA_Blueberry What is powered cycled? I may have done that. Is that restarting my console because I seen that with the new update, EA suggested to restart console which I did do.

    Reboot the power to the modem/router
    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

    How to power cycle your PS4 console
    1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
    2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.


    How to power cycle your Xbox console:
    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One

    Madden is still not connecting to the servers on any of my Xboxes. Even my brand new Series X. They have all had the cache cleared and reinstalled Madden. The modem and the router have been cycled and still no luck connecting.

    Can you let me know if any of the steps in this article help get you back online? If not, you may want to get in touch with an EA Advisor so they can pull up your account to see if there is a reason you're being blocked from connecting.

    Yeah, nothing has worked so far. Madden 20 works but 21 does not. I guess I will contact them and see if they can help.

    Yeah, that was pointless. They gave me the same steps you did then said to post on the game forum. So is the game useless to me now? After buying the last 20 Maddens, this really makes me want to be done.

  • @EA_Blueberry The game keeps giving me an error message and taking a long time to load into a game. It doesn’t have anything to do with my WiFi router or any of that, so these steps are useless for me. I already did majority of these steps Anyways and i kept getting the same message. I can play other games online except madden.
  • @EA_Blueberry yes I have a ps4 an having the same problems an I have done all the steps I’ve seen deleted the game’s reinstall it an done the power cycle what’s next

    Can you confirm you've both tried changing your DNS?

    I've seen that fix a lot of connectivity problems over the years. If that fails, can you run a UO Trace and direct message me a screenshot with the results so I can see how your connection is reaching our servers?
