Will there be more penalties added on the next gen consoles?

Is the replay system going to allow you to challenge multiple things in one play?

I'm curious to know if these areas of Madden will be addressed if not Madden 21 maybe Madden 22

I’ve noticed you get penalties playing sim instead of competitive idk why

Sim- supposedly more random events supposed to occur in the game

Comp-is centered around more user play user timing

I was just hoping to see more penalties centered around gameplay def holding illegal hands to the face target for mistimed or obsessive button spamming
