#1 Sack yardage choreographed threat artists.

#3 Bonus challenge play earned for overtime.
#4 Expectant One shot no huddling.
#5 America's Favorite Superbowl Paragons.
What would that do?
It's a superstar exclusive in knockout. We would pick our defenders going against a random Quarterback. We would then return as many pick sixes to advance to another round.
Team chemistry
New punt/field mini game (kinda like fifa free kicks)
Add more broadcasters (fox & cbs was golden) everything nfl Network makes the game boring
Revamp button layout for all positions groups (if you truly want to make the game feel different for every position group should have a button lay.
(ex: QB evade.. right joy stick(hold RB/R1 to playmaker WR/RB/TE
WR- one handed catches hold RB and Y/∆ to attempt it giving spectacular catch a button use
DB punch balls or rips after a catch holding RB/R1 and pressing X) I have more in mind but just a few examples
QB evade moves strip sacks jump sneak/throws
Revamp customization
Mini camp/combine/ota as playable game modes
Add authentic penalties rather see horse collar than someone ripping a face mask from the back
Revamp challenges make sure some players can be over turned
Hit stick high and hit stick low - when tackling big backs like Derek Henry u target them from the waist down. Press up on the stick for a high tackle and down on the stick for a low tackle.
Create your own plays
When players are on the field show names and numbers not just one of the other
Home field advantage like NCAA 14 used to have. The crowd becomes extra loud, the camera shakes, play art doesn't show on screen, and u are unable to audible due to crowd noise.
O-line blocking assignments - The same way u can double team use a different function for o-lineman to direct block. U can assign any offensive lineman to block any defender u choose. That way it will help stop the o-line from getting confused on who to block or blocking the wrong defenders. This feature can also be added as a superstar and X-factor for certain o-lineman.
Assistant coaches/players that retire become coaches. And who you hire actually effects your teams abilities/morale.
Create a Team. I’m okay with the pre-branded names so the audio can be recorded for commentary but have more logo options. Let us design the color scheme uniforms stadiums.
Create a play.
Ability to edit custom playbooks (ex run and shoot)
Allow to play players where you want. ExQB at TE, CB at WR.
Better draft classes.
Real pro bowl voting.
All pro team
Players stat history.
Training Camp!!
There is lots more. A guy on YouTube literally list 89 features madden removed from the glory days.
This all started happening when they launched MUT/ micro transactions. Hmmm I wonder why?
#1 Swagged throw ball away styles.
#2 Super-Linemen in weather.
#3 Super QB sideline to sideline running battles.
#4 Female broadcaster integrations.
#5 Future meets past rushing wars.
This is mainly to go more in detail on the Coach/Owner CFM side of things, not much about gameplay or "superstar mode".
I know this is long but I feel strongly about this mode and think these are must haves for MADDEN.
1. We all love the NFL draft/Free agency period. For M22, instead of starting in the preseason week 1 add an option to be able to start on the first day of the League year (ex March of 2021). So you are able to change what your team does in the free agency and draft ( basically re-do what you think your team should have done).
Example say you love the Jags and for the first round pick in real life they chose Trevor Lawrence in the 2021 NFL Draft. Well in Madden 22 if you think they should have went a different way and either traded the pick to accumulate more picks ( jags need it) or choose another prospect/QB. I think that would be really neat. A new way to experience the n"if"l. There is already a podcast like this on nfl.com so they wouldn't be against this.
2. Speaking of the draft. It needs way more detail. Its pretty bland right now. It should resemble what we will see on ESPN or NFL Network in real life. Have the commissioner come out and say the first round picks. Show the different celebrations/hugs. Have the draftee show his jersey. I would like flowing commentary. Basically just talking about what the current team needs are and where they may go. After they pick a player talk about that player and if it was a good/bad pick for them. Or where they should have went. Commentary could go a long way here.
Also it would be neat for mock drafts to periodically get released from Mcshay and brooks and others. The last one would obviously have to be Kiper. Scouting is too basic right now. We need a complete overhaul of the scouting. It should be a little description of the type of player they are. We should know a lot about the player but not stats should be shown. Also there needs to be more hidden gems in the later rounds M21 was good but M22 can make it better. Speaking of hidden gems, UDFA needs to have its own period. Right after the draft, It can be just like the Free Agency period but have multiple teams offer players to fill their rosters. I would say barely show anything as regarding to the skill or attributes. These players should mostly be busts and low overall, but have a handful of studs ( example doug baldwin, antonio gates etc. ). Basically its like the luck of the draw.
Last the trade logic for picks need overhaul. For the first overall pick a team would have to wager a lot to get it, its too easy right now to get that pick in CFM.
3.Coaching carousel is a must. Every year OC / DC/ ST coaches take new positions. In M21 you basically just pick you new head coach with out anything. For M22 it should go much deeper. Please interview 2 or 3 coaches to take the new position, heck even include the Rooney Rule. Also you should have to request interviews from other teams to interview their coordinators ( it could be declined or approved). OC/ DC/ ST coaches should be included and have a nice boost to certain stats depending on how good their are. They should also come with their own playbooks, so if you are looking for a New OC you may want to search for a coach that has the same scheme as you used to run to not decline any of players ratings and/or confidence. Also you should be able to bring back ex players from your team to be coaches ( This shouldn't be used very often) The ex player would have to have a certain legacy score and be a legend of the team (example for the packers would be say Brett Farve or Aaron Rodgers after he retires). There have been a lot of former players turned coaches. I know ea doesn't own the rights to the coaches other than the head coach so if these name have to be made up do it that way ( make it so we can edit the names)
4. At the End of every season I know we now have a play able probowl. However, we should go a little further. Players should get awards for being an ALL PRO. Heck, I would even love to see a list of the Top 100 players. To see who deserves to be Number 1. It would be a cool little bragging right in 32 man cfm leagues.
5. Contracts. These have to change. There should be back loaded/ front loaded/ equal. Also include guaranteed money, workout/ roster bonuses ( those would help in free agency to help lure a player to your team). Its as simple as adding a few formulas, this would also help with teaching people how contracts work. Included in this should be the restructuring of older contracts, obviously the player will have the chance to accept or decline it (which could change their fate with the team, ie cut them) but have a way to keep an aging player for less. Or to simply help you out of the CAP Room hell.
6. Free Agency. I know I covered this a little bit earlier but In past maddens it had the players interest in your bids. In M21 you literally just have to get more points than the other teams (first off, we should never be able to see the points), which is basically just guess and check to beat the top bid. M22 should go back to what M15 had, Coach Ability, Scheme fit, Team Need, Location, Contact.. All of that matters in real life for a player to choose say the Steelers over the Browns. Also if you lose a UFA you should get a Comp pick. Again there is a formula for this. You would have to lose more than you receive. Add more strategy to the free agency period.
Comp Picks are needed in this game. It will add the realism of letting a player walk to potentially get that 3rd round pick.
7. Depth chart changes.. please include LS and a RB committee. Every year the first person I cut off my team is their long snapper, you also make them a TE with a Overall as 46 or something. Poor guys (long snappers are people too ). There are only 53 roster spots please make each team have to keep a LS if they do not, then bad snaps can happen. Right now there is never a bad snap, but you should make it so if you do not have a long snapper than you risk having bad snaps. Risk/reward option here. As far as RB committee goes, most NFL teams run 2 RBs, some teams have a work horse. The Ravens are a clear idea here, Ingram, Edwards & Dobbins. They split carries every couple of plays. I would like to do that in CFM without having to change all the auto subs ( they rarely work correctly no matter how many forums I read or changes I make)
8. This last thing could be an option to do anywhere during the season/off season. Tryouts. When I'm looking at Free Agents or UDFA. I want to try them out in practice mode before I elect to give them a contract. I need to see real quickly how they are on my team. A simple hot key addition to the CFM player card.
9. We need to be able to see the future draft classes. I need to know whether to go for the top QB this year or wait until next year because that class is deep in QB. That will help a lot for every position. It would help me to know whether I NEED to get that guy or I could wait a year and get the top man. OR say next year has no QB that I like. It then would make me do what ever it takes to get the man this year. Teams always look at the future when drafting, We should know as well. It should only show 1 year in the future. There should be commentary or a news story that tells me about the draft. Whether its deep in DL or weak in CB. Every year in the Real NFL Draft scouts know that the class is deep/weak is certain positions. This year for example, every one is talking about how the 2019 Draft was very deep for DL. The 2020 draft was pretty strong with QB (Tua, Burrow, Herbert). However, GM's knew that a stud was coming in 2021. suck for Trevor Lawrence (Jags). Heck, they even knew the OSU QB Justin Fields will declare. Teams know what's coming in the future. Madden should reflect this. That would be helpful in madden.
If you have read it this far thank you. I have a lot more ideas for the future of this mode and "superstar mode" EA get with me!
2)schedule scrimmages in offseasons(with other teams)/ scrimmages during the year to scout opponents
3)coin toss
4)chain gangs
5)tattoos, customizable cleats, press conferences or better media questions
6)player personalities
7) once in no huddle mode you can select 3plays to run in secession that's faster than if you just pressed y after the play
8)adding a D pad input that allows you to pull up icons for player switch during plays
Here we go
#1 Presentation on CFM On/Offline needs to be overhauled!
MLB The show has a L2 button feature where if desired a player can see starting lineups. Well we need this option put into Madden whether its for seeing starting lineups, award races, quick video of commentary team and sideline reporter OR maybe even a game break where Patrick Mahomes and Cheetah connect on a 46yd score for a TD that puts them up by 6 with 11:02 left in the 4th.
Commentary should also change. Maybe a rotation of a few teams in the booth. Also PLEASE add a sideline reporter. Would be cool to know about 2nd half adjustments and player injury updates.
#2 Heavy emphasis on stat overlays
Yes, Next Gen stats brought to you by AWS is cool in Madden, well how can you expand on that? Make it "open world" where I can see where my team stands in the league against the run or how are we on 3rd down vs how the opponent is on allowing 3rd down conversions for the season. Or how about all time stats. I feel as though the record breaking portion of Madden is well, broken. There should be some announcement or visual graphic that shows where a stat may be broken by a new player i.e. Season reception record or touch more rushing yards in a game.
This is more so on the open world side of things but, If I'm in season 6 of my CFM, I should be able to go back and see who won the last 5 league MVPs or know who played in and who won the Superbowl for each respective year. Also can we get a HEAVY revamp of the awards? Offensive player of the year, DPOY, Rookie of the year and Comeback player of the year???
#3
COACHING CAROSUEL
Need I say more ? also Please for the love of Tiburon please add OC's and DC's in the game! I know getting likeness is a mother but that would be nice. Even let players who retire transition into coaching(Maybe on the retirement screen make it a user option to choose the players path[acting, coaching, fade off into the sunset OR one more year]
User should also have the ability to fire a coach during the season.
#4
Emphasize meaningful games
Certain Division rivalries, previous year Super Bowl matchups, a team in position to land the #1 OVR pick? A team looking to go undefeated!? Again utilize cut scenes, audio commentary and the game engine should be able to limp to the finish line at least for this request.
#5
The offseason(lengthy)
Can we get a life like offseason where there may be league rule changes i.e. My League NBA2k? Make things interesting, the current CFM model is unplayable after a few seasons due to mundane repetition.
NFL Free Agency needs a shot in the arm also. Inject a players likes/dislikes into determining where they may sign.
Trade logic needs to be severely updated. Let's look at what players are going for in real life vs. what they are going for in the game--this needs to be corrected immediately. Please allow one more year of Future Draft Picks.
The NFL Draft-Presentation needed to be updated as soon as Madden 21 Next Gen was being worked on. Maybe show the Commissioner addressing the fans and announcing the picks. You could have a live reaction shot from a players home as he dons the teams hat that he's going to be playing for. In season mock drafts and a final mock draft to be released at a later date. We should also be able to see player comparisons and what their stats looked like in their final collegiate year as a student athlete.
LASTLY and maybe even the most important
#6 Revamped Penalties and a all new Challenge System
This should have been done a few Maddens ago but hey next gen means more data to play with so here we are! There needs to be more lifelike penalties added to this game(12 men on the field, horsecollar and excessive celebration to name a few). There's a lot going on in between these hashmarks and If it's in the game...it should be in the game.
Challenging plays.......I am being nice by saying this but man this feature has been inept to say the least. From what we can challenge to how it's handled. It needs to be changed NOW.
How about we can choose from a list of applicable penalties to challenge from in a menu option. Also can we see the coach throw down the red flag, or can the announcers maybe elaborate on what they feel is the right call? Maybe throw it to a Gene Steratore in NY for their thoughts? Again, this should be an in-game optional cut scene obviously requested to see by the user. This would make the game more realistic for the backbone of this game....it's hardcore users.
P.S. PLEASE come up with a new celebration system for when a team wins the Super Bowl. It's been the same for the past few Maddens now.
@EA_Blueberry He just gave you the blueprint for how to fix this game and potentially dig it out of the mud it's in. Even if you got these done in three years people might actually have some respect for the product. Show this to Clint pls.
