Yeah this is ridiculous. At the very least MENTION the issue and that you're working on it. This game and company is a disappointment.

Online franchise for PC has been down for OVER 24 HOURS. There's been ZERO communication from you guys. How do we know you're even aware of this issue? THOUSANDS of people who bought your game can't play.
