Whatever happened to the commissioner tool?
Is the commission tool a thing or is that another empty promise? I feel like I remember there being an update talking about it though. If it is a thing where is it because it's not in the transactions tab. Or is it next-gen only. If so that pretty lame.

The Commish tools were implemented in the January update (2nd Franchise update of the 3).
