Madden 22 Community Files Not Working: Fed up

I've been a lifelong Madden player and defender, but this community files network error is really getting to me. I've been unable to connect to the EA Servers to download community files for well over a week and I've tried everything. I've attempted numerous times, quit and restarted the game and uninstalled and reinstalled twice. This is now two years in a row this has been happening. Franchise is one of the most integral game modes in all of Madden and they can't even get this right now. Super disappointing.
