Multiple players on a team

I think ea should be able to let you be able to trade or sign created players in your franchise for example if I’m with the patriots and I wanna trade for my created quarterback in franchise it should let me or any created position so I could have them on one team instead of being spread across multiple teams idk just think it would make the game better
