Online Head to Head Ranking Issue

Hello,

I am playing online head to head ranked matches. I like to track my ranking amongst the community. I was always in the 4000-5000 range, however after one of my matches my ranking went away when clearly I should still be ranked. Please anyone have any idea of why this is so?

What I have figured out is the punishment for conceding a game is your rating goes away. After you play so many games straight it returns. When it comes back you should still have the proper rating.
