OBA LEAGUE CULTURE
We don’t tolerate immaturity for long. If you can't act and conduct yourself like a mature adult you'll be shown the door.
We have a core group of long-term members who have played together for multiple Madden releases since 2009, because we have FUN while being competitive.
We frequently talk some friendly trash before our games, or on the Radio Show.
New members are welcomed and will quickly feel comfortable in the league.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who is always respectful in their communications with other league members and who demonstrates good sportsmanship during game.
Someone who wants to play Madden all year long. We don't want to keep allowing people who have a history of dropping out to return, it's not fair to the ones that finish the season to keep missing the playoffs cause top team coaches in division leave.
You don’t have to be a great Madden player. We welcome those who are new to the game. In fact, our members have a history of sharing tips to help new guys step up and become competitive.
IN HOUSE LEAGUE RULES
This league won’t tell you how to coach your team or what plays to pick, that’s your job. The rules are intended to encourage a community of strategic football and good sportsmanship.
Example: If your team can't stop the run, we would expect your opponent to keep running different run plays on you. That's how real football is played, that is SIM football.

- Rules that don’t tell you how to coach your team on the field, but rules that do keep things running smooth.
- Emphasis on good sportsmanship
- All Coaches must stay with their team for 3 full season before they can change, unless your favorite team comes open.
- All new members must go through a 1st year probation period before being allowed to make a trade. ( keeps rosters from being butchered )
- We believe in quality over quantity
- Everyone from staff to coaches get treated the same, we don't do favoritism. If you break the rules you are held accountable no matter who you are.

- League will continue until Madden 19 is released - we are looking for members who are committed to playing long term.
- Advance every Monday, Thursday at 6pm EST
- All Pro difficulty, but we are making slider adjustments to improve game play.
- Communication is conducted via Xbox messenger with at least 2 commissioners attached, Paper Trail.
- All games get twitched or Mixed, always people in league watching.
- Coach mode only
- Radio shows
- Competitive Mode
- 8 Min Quarters, 15 Sec Run off
