Defenders can not see the ball if their back is facing away from the QB!
This game has players heads turning to show where they are looking. How bout that gets put to use? If a player is not looking at the QB, then he has no idea the ball is thrown. If he has not looked back to locate the ball, there's no way he can magically run the correct angle to beat the receiver to the ball. Why not use that graphics technology to make it realistic and logical. Once upon a time NCAA advertised defenders played more realistically and didn't swarm to the ball if they couldn't see it. Why doesn't Madden use that concept?
