Lots of threads ... not one EA response. That’s a bit odd. Must be hard to defend.... I mean rationalize .

    EA customer service (over the phone) has directed me here to the forum to get more help on issues like the QB refusing to throw. Only its been more than a month and no one from EA has responded to that thread.

    Can you even imagine or fathom making hundreds of millions of dollars and pretending not to have the resources to spend on somebody who can answer questions in a website forum?

    Even worse, customers show them something that's broke and they ignore it. But you can bet their Prime Time Player will show up tonight and may or may not have actually decent stats but will cost $100 to buy.
