Earning Fireworks

Is there any other way to get fireworks besides cash packs, the confetti live event, or buying them for 125k coins? I heard someone on YouTube saying you can get fireworks but you'd have to grind out like 11 to 15 thousand confetti but I don't see that anywhere. Anyone got any answers to this?
How are we supposed to complete the 100 fireworks achievement if we're only able to get 3 fireworks in a 24 hour period?

In my opinion, the promo was decent. It is possible to upgrade at least 2 players, without spending anything.
It is not impossible, or you spend cash or coins to complete. But not worth it, all this for a random master between 90-93 of Ovr
