Can we get some damn "EA help" that actually has any concept of the game??

As the title says. Why is it that every time I contact EA for help in any area I always get a generic response from someone who has clearly never touched the game in any way nor has any sort of knowledge of the game? How is that helpful in any way. They just tell you they'll pass it on to their superiors (who I'm guessing have as much experience in the game itself as the ones responding to the help requests) which I doubt they actually do, or if they do it's almost immediately deleted. The fact that they offer a **** pack for any content lost is crazy when people are dropping hundreds on this game. The least they could do is provide ACTUAL support from someone who knows anything about the game/gameplay. Is EA really this cheap and lazy that they can't give a reasonable amount of game support to the player base? Is that too unreasonable?

  • The responses are generic and not helpful. It appears that EA has outsourced the so called help function to an offshore location. I have had legitimate problems answered by pointing me to forums for assistance. A sorry help function is no help at all.

    Hahahahaha! Every csr I have emailed or spoken with is reading from a script, copy and pasting the same 4 paragraphs and the importance of posting here or answers. As if that will solve our problems.

    It took 2 weeks for ea to admit that there would be no fix for a programming decision involving uf and nye.
  • How are people getting packs? Am I the only person that got nothing? I literally got nothing but an apology. At least you got that.
  • Its always the same answers. They dont even bother to read what you send to them it seems. None of them care/have any actual.power to do anything. Even though on this very forum it says to contact ea support for missing in game items, so they can copy/paste off a notecard and send you back here.
