Can we get some damn "EA help" that actually has any concept of the game??
As the title says. Why is it that every time I contact EA for help in any area I always get a generic response from someone who has clearly never touched the game in any way nor has any sort of knowledge of the game? How is that helpful in any way. They just tell you they'll pass it on to their superiors (who I'm guessing have as much experience in the game itself as the ones responding to the help requests) which I doubt they actually do, or if they do it's almost immediately deleted. The fact that they offer a **** pack for any content lost is crazy when people are dropping hundreds on this game. The least they could do is provide ACTUAL support from someone who knows anything about the game/gameplay. Is EA really this cheap and lazy that they can't give a reasonable amount of game support to the player base? Is that too unreasonable?

Hahahahaha! Every csr I have emailed or spoken with is reading from a script, copy and pasting the same 4 paragraphs and the importance of posting here or answers. As if that will solve our problems.
It took 2 weeks for ea to admit that there would be no fix for a programming decision involving uf and nye.
