While EA has CFM down, why not learn more about the best CFM in all of Madden since Madden 2002? https://youtu.be/rOO9p2XJJkA The CCFL - NFL on Madden 2020
@EA_KRAELO I want a refund on my Premier membership if you guys arent going to have this fixed today. I paid for a working service and you just flat out admitted you wont be repairing that service because they think you should have your three days off, however, you will be leaving the servers up something where people have to pay you more $$$. I want my money back. If you cant do that get me to someone higher that can.
Terrible! Hard working people who want to play madden in the weekend are basically getting the finger! Instead of the franchise team, the whole crew should be on this problem! Franchise mode isn’t as profitable as MUT so ea has to protect their most profitable game mode. Shame on you
How does this happen on our 3 day holiday weekend? And why is it taking ALL 3 DAYS of our holiday weekend for you to fix this? This is unacceptable. This should be a 1 day fix. You guys are obviously putting other EA games higher on the priority list than this one. 2k would never put NBA2k fans through this. You guys are slowly hurting your reputations with stuff like this. a 4 day turnaround for a fix like this over a holiday weekend is a quick way to lose fans and customers. We all planned on playing this game over the weekend. thanks for the disappointment
My company doesn't make millions of dollars a year but we finish our jobs that day...customers don't spend weekends with damaged products they bought from us
I suggest disputing the charges on your credit cards for the game. Ea has not held up to their end of what we paid $60 for. Maybe if they see their wallets being hurt they will act with more urgency
From our TOS: Don't be inappropriate. That means no obscenity or other explicit posts i.e. sexting. This includes role play threads.
Don't be rude. No matter what your feelings are about other people, EA Forums aren't the place to attack another person. That includes public figures, EA employees, or other forum users.
Don't curse or swear. Don't try to get away with it by using symbols in place of letters, too. We all k*** what you're trying to s**.
Don't make legal threats. The forums aren't the ideal place for legal discussions and posts including legal chat will be removed.
Don't call out Community Managers and Officials. Be cool, folks. We know you want to grab our attention, but good thread titles like the example in Dos will help you get our attention much easier.
Listen, I am a Franchise player myself, I would like to be playing it right now, but like everything else in life, unexpected things happen. I can assure you none of the Madden Dev team is at home with their feet propped saying, o well.
I understand being upset, but the name calling, the foul language and the personal attacks are uncalled for, unnecessary and are violations of our TOS listed above that each and every person agrees to when you join the forum.
First and only warning, if this type of behavior continues, I will start issuing bans.

Obviously they are or something would be fixed rn it’s been 17 hours . Like other games have downtime’s and they last about an hour . Thing is they tell us when it’s gonna happen and they do it round 3 o’clock in the morning . Take notes
This is pathetic, honestly. “Unexpected things happening” are needing a new windshield after a rock cracks it or having to take your dog to the vet after it gets into something it shouldn’t have. A company that made just under $5 billion in its 2019 fiscal year having to completely shut off access to a popular game mode that DOESN’T make them money because they’re unable to implement new features once every 5 years without completely bricking parts of their game is not merely an “unexpected thing”. It’s a symbol of incompetence and apathy that have finally reached a head after years of inaction. I fully expect online CFM to not even be an included feature within a few years time, but as long as the company keeps making money from UT I guess that’s all that matters. I’d be more understanding if the support staff responded to me at any time on Twitter or other platforms, but my tweets and DMs have gone unanswered for a week-plus now, so I’m kinda over giving anyone involved the benefit of the doubt. Hope it gets fixed before Madden 21, and I hope Madden 21 still has online CFM as a feature. Extremely disappointed that I care this much.
How can you run a business and have that system down for 4 days because a worker is out of town? Horrible business model, horrible customer service, horrible planning, horrible product....

How can your business be dependent on ONE person who is out of town? Ever hear of cross training?
