Game Crashing

My game crashes after every single franchise game I play. This game is so horrible. Madden 20 2.0 , first you don’t change anything then every time you change something you break something else. At this point I’m taking it as disrespect. Because EA clearly doesn’t give a [Removed - CM] about the consumers that spend money on this piece of crap.
“Oh it doesn’t matter we can do whatever we want are you’ll still buy it” - EA Sports mentality.
I feel that anyone who doesn’t feel disrespected is a Mark. They aren’t even trying their best to correct these issues. They have a real “well get to it when we feel like it” type feel right now. And I feel like I’ve been spat in my face.

Hey man my cloud franchise keeps crashing in the loading screen to begin the game.. anything I can do to fix this? this has been happening for 4 days and the current updates haven't helped.
any update on this. I have a user in my franchise with the same issue as @TooManyGlitches Left the league and returned same issue. It seems to be tied to the team and not the user. I had another user that switch to the Bills (team with issue) and the game just stays at the loading player comparison screen. Both users can user other teams or play in other franchises and they work. When I get to offseason I will try moving the Bills to see if it helps... Was hoping this update maybe fixed it but no luck. Any of yall got it to work or just gave up?
