There hasn't been any confirmation no what is planned for Franchise mode for Madden NFL 22 outside of what was mentioned in this post below. I've seen others request this too, we'll share it with the team. Keep an eye on our official channels for more news on Madden NFL 22 in the coming months.
I would like to create my NFL live moments with my create a team and assign touchdown celebrations for my top shelf player and teams with created prototypes.
I'd be happy with the exact same features, logos and customization options that exists in Madden 2004. Also no precanned relocation sites - allowing you to create a team from any city/state. It would also be good if create a team did not take the place of an existing team - when you do the create a team you just fill the team with players from the free agent pool.
I would like to create a team and play head to head with stick battles based on skill and preferred player positions. I think that this would be a fun addition to create a team.
Probably not. This is a priority issue for EA. They cannot give up the things we want because their focus is on the stuff no one asked for... ie KO Superstars and the Yard.

I asked for those game modes. So stop with the stereotypes. I'm just being honest.

I think the word you are looking for is "generalities" and not stereotype. Even with that said, yes, there is no doubt that *someone* asked for those modes. Of course. It is understood that there are no absolutes in this world. If I said something like "well, no one wants to pay taxes" there is no reason to be that guy who responds "well, my uncle Leroy loves paying taxes"
Any news on this simple to add feature that should be back in the game? I don't care about pre-canned relocation options and uniforms. I want to create a team, create the uniform, put the team where i want it. you guys did it for years and then just stopped.

If you had create-a-team, what are the top requests you'd want for that feature?
No news to announce, sorry. EA PLAY LIVE is in July this year where EA showcases what we've been working on. Unless some news trickles out from the Madden NFL team prior to the event, I'd keep an eye on July 22nd for any official announcements on Madden NFL 22 from the Madden development team.
Since it is painfully slow on the EA front, I just want to chime in. This is directly from the page that Blueberry shared.
MADDEN NFL 22
For Madden NFL 22 it is still very early. We are at the very beginning of the planning and pre-production of next year’s product. That said, we’ve been actively discussing some of the areas we’d like to focus on, stemming from your feedback and player engagement. Here are few of the areas, while not fully committed yet, we are exploring creatively:
Coaching and staff management
Scouting improvements
New scenario engine enhancements
New team chemistry system
Commissioner Tools improvements
MORE CONTENT - Examples: Relocation/Branding Assets for Franchise - New uniforms, names, and logos to relocation options for more variety and depth in deeper careers.
Plus other key additions that we’ll reveal as we get deeper into the year for Madden NFL 22 development season.
Coaching and Staff Management
It's gotta be real, and impactful. Honestly, if having Duce Staley as my RB coach means a +1 in BCV, just save us all the time and just scrap the whole entire thing. What are the plans to ensure that we can actually FEEL the difference between having a strong RB coach and one who actually stinks? And how would I go about getting a great RB coach? XPs? Coaching staff budget??
Scouting Improvements
This is the one that I am really holding EA to. Scouting does not need an "improvement." It needs an overhaul. An "improvement" might be something dumb like "more accurate shuttle time" or something like that.
New Scenario engine enhancements
Let's face it... this just isn't working. Seems to merely be just another item it 'x' through. How about just having a player holdout or demand a trade?
Team chemistry
Seems like we tried this in the past and it didn't work
Relocation
Yes, yes, yes.... please please please give more options. Someone on these forums said before that the reason EA only gives you three team options in a limited number of cities is because the NFL "won't allow more." That's absolutely nonsense and makes absolutely no sense at all. So you're telling me that someone from the NFL went through a painstaking review process to determine that they are ok with, say, the London Knights, Monarchs (and I can't remember the third) but it would hurt their brand if you used that same Knights option for Columbus? Or that EA originally requested, say the Maine Marauders as team option, but again, the NFL shot it down?
But again, it would be pretty cool to provide create-a-team options like they did seven years ago. Seems like more people asked for this than that nonsense they call the yard, but I digress.
