Hahahahaha! Every csr I have emailed or spoken with is reading from a script, copy and pasting the same 4 paragraphs and the importance of posting here or answers. As if that will solve our problems. It took 2 weeks for ea to admit that there would be no fix for a programming decision involving uf and nye.
It is part of the programming. The game is working as intended. Your human error is to blame, not the programmers.
Ea_david, yes they extended the opportunity to earn items for nye and uf events. They didn't extend the exchanges, where you earn, in my case, a 95 woodson. What token were people supposed to get when you earned a 90 woodson with balloons to be upgraded to the 95 woodson? What step did i miss? Your programmers screwed up.…
