Black face white body

How can this issue be resolved? I reset my character and it still doesn't the same thing!

Go to another face that has a similar skin tone. Select them and then go back to your face scan

Make sure you are offline when you do it. Sign out of ea servers and psn completely then switch the faces. After you get the skin color you want them sign back in to everything and it will save and stick.

You need to clear cache on you xbox or ps4 then turn on game that will clear that situation

That wont work its still having issues just did a rescan and my body is not the same color as my skin **** is that
