Why can't you play h2h online NBA games with friends? Also why can't you do manual substitutions?

Have no idea to be honest lol. I like the game, but it's missing a lot of features like what you mentioned and roster edit too haha. I'm assuming theyre going to add everything in a patch update within this month.
