Same article, but coming from Game Changer Mind Frame Gaming. Be sure to stop on their streams and check them out on Twitch and YouTube.

Some Vibe City information by the homie MindFrame Gaming. Be sure to follow up by hitting up Tim Robertson to tell him a specific dribble that should be in the game.

If you guys don't remember Erika's tweet of the Harlem Globetrotters there at Tiburon. How about a scan of the D3 standout now Globetrotter.

The dunking teacher, Jonathan Clark is now there with his dunks.

Guys, let me remind you this. Brian Mazique writes for FORBES Gaming when it comes to games. Now, do I respect him as a journalist? Yes, but doing this slick move claiming EA is offering Zion Williamson to be the cover athlete based on a source? Which I read it from a former Game Changer's RT? I have a different view about it.

Mazique is a true 2K Insider with Madden ties, and everything he post about is mostly 2K updates and news if it's not Madden. This right here can hurt EA as a brand when you think about that old clip released by Kotaku back then when the site leaked the announcement of Tony Parker in a video for NBA Live 2009. This also creates an issue of trust when it comes to this.

I wanted to throw this post out here as a heads up. Because none of us have the slightest idea what is going on behind closed doors and if Zion Williamson is the cover athlete. He will be the first drafted cover athlete as a rookie for EA, that's a big if.

Since I am blocked by Brian Mazique, he's out leaking saying Luka Doncic is the cover athlete. Right now, we're still waiting for news like the three NBA teams plus Dolan's team are waiting for Kawhi Leonard to sign.

Well he signed with Clippers and has his buddy PG with him... Live going to be fun to play next season. I am happy as Knicks fan with moves they've done so far...

I want you all to look at the circled area of the image

So there are body models, and that's a great thing. Right now, after this step? We definitely got to start pushing for wingspans, and covering the court based on speed vs. stride on the wishlist. When I mean that? I'm talking about like players De'Aaron Fox that have speed running the court versus Giannis Antetokounmpo running the court when both are dribbling.
Not the Usos, but yeah... Day 1 ish since 2005.
  • Is NBA Live 20 still coming out this year? I really need to know!
  • I still don't believe that the game is canceled.

Bro we should hopefully get some news in October....
I am hyped to see NBA Live 20 improve upon 19. Hope they've been reading, watching, and overall listening to their fans. Many great ideas to add to improve the series.

About the cancellation of NBA LIVE 20 and the lack of information that's not being cycled. It pains me where the NBA season is just right around the corner with no information and no CM announcement, and I have once said that if EA wants to break out some news coming basketball season? September would be the best month because October is coming close. It's a critical moment where it's a decision, continue on the NBA LIVE 20 process which maybe before All-Star Weekend like Christmas or Thanksgiving it can be released if not during opening season? Or would it be better for them to focus on building a better content to be NexGen ready?

The thing we have to realize is that the money EA is missing, and how 2K is a monopolizing brand itself from having a selected editor from a magazine who smears and bashes one brand with the thinnest skin blocking people. Having content provided by the NBPA, NBA itself, WNBA, and the WNBPA. This also involve the international basketball of FIBA that was once with EA at the time, but here's one thing I will say. I do own 2K20, and I am not impressed on why I have never purchased it for 3 years. The game is overhyped, and as a person who played the sport while looking at it as a consumer now? They didn't tone anything down with the microtransactions not only for MyTeam, but MyCareer where you need to pay to have a higher rating besides grinding for it. NBA players criticizes the game for not showing their real player substances on how they are on the court, just search for the DeAaron Fox tweet. There's a lot of backlash going on as well, and I still see this game as mediocre at best which I didn't splurge like I did years ago just to be disappointed. For further proof? Go on Meta Critic look at the User Critic of the game, and read the comments while understanding the score.

This is what EA needs to shy away from by not doing the "Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better" route, because it can only leads to a positive - negative WYSIWYG. They need to focus on the needs of the gamer not in a perspective to dumb things down, but focus on the fundamental core providing and enhancing a player's IQ to the game. The same when it comes to the players in the NBA, WNBA, WNBPA, and NBPA for signature moves from dribbling and shooting. LIVE Run can be arcade like, and that's fine; but make everything more in-depth to make it feel like an actual basketball game from the play calls, the crowd environments, just the atmosphere itself. When it comes to the My Player where I want to see, and feel the growth of the journey in the tale of my player progressing or regressing through the season having off games or hitting the rookie wall. I want to see the excitement and depth when it comes to the LUT, and make that as a challenge without having people overvaluing and making obscene prices of a Kurt Rambis trying to selling it for 4 - 8 figures. Make a value for that LUT card, and stop making it repetitive on getting those cards. Intrigue the user's interest.

I didn't want to make this address on the Hub, but we all got to sit and wait. Even where we have to constantly clean out space in our hard drives to make room for those large patches 2K dishes out that is still buggy. I am not speaking as any fanboy perspective, but I am being truthfully honest especially where neither game is perfect. I don't want EA shut out the communities voice on what I see that other brand is doing. Then telling people like one person having the same tweet like the other person hyping it word for word, and selling it by having other people they follow in social media acting like they're having fun at a casino spinning a wheel. When I say I don't want EA shut our voices out, and people who are part of the community whether if it's me; people in the NLSC; NLVC; former members of Team Stream; or you guys? Not dissing nobody where one individual made a huge selection on who streams worthy be in a group, but a community starts with you guys. As a mod here for 14 years doing my best diligence? Seeing the ups and downs? I just follow, and sit to read your posts; like I listen to Prime's Community Insight when I can; like I read Joystick Jocks blogs; like I listen to FlyGuyGbG; MusicMindFrame; MissThickEms; like I listen to the NLSC podcasts; and so on, while I mod other streams too. I may not be active as of late where I am finishing up with school while working at the same time, but I do scan the forums to check up on what's going on through the phone.

So, to cut this exhausting post. We can only hope for EA to do the best, and build the game more within each level. If it's not NBA LIVE 20, we have to understand because their focus is on NexGen. If NBA LIVE 20 comes out, we have to push hard as a community to make the NexGen build go above and beyond standard ever podcast, every insight, every stream, every blog, and every post in the forums that there's a dev there.

Thanks for reading, and once again. I didn't want to post this on the hub, but it needs to be mentioned one day or the next day. Because I wouldn't be able to have the time posting this mobile, but I do enjoy doing what I can try to provide within the basketball community where I have been here over 10 years trying help you guys posting your thoughts to be shown to the CM. That's why you see the signature on my post. "Not the Usos, but Day 1 ish since 2005."

  • I'm a little let down by the cancelation, but I have a great motivational reason to buy a PS5.

Yea I read it all and gotta state that I would think some news will come out early October if anything. I am hoping for this game to come out since I got back on the series with Live 18. They're improving the game and just like you I am not impressed with 2k20. Live is like old school game where you played and got rewarded for the time you put in. Most those 2k folks pay to get better bro I got bills I pay for the game and play to have fun not use money to get better. Let see what EA does for Live 20....
