Oh is it Sony's fault PS4 owners do not get early access? Haven't heard about that one, I did read cross-play is no go because of Sony?
Anyways, from the reports it sounds like the early access is a cluster-****, so I am only happy to wait for day 1 patch....
Yeah EA went to both Sony and MS. Sony didn't want to do it because of their PS NOW service. Probably figured less options equal more chance of people using their service but idk for sure.
Sony actually said NO to the service to protect their customers interests, remember EA ACCESS is only a 10 Hour Play period after the 10 hours is up boom your done till full release, so basically paying to be an extra beta tester... I'm fine letting xbox users to get all the bugs out for the next patch after the day one patch
If you actually believe this I have a bridge to sell you
It lets me save like two dollars and I get to play a bit early. I'll take it
well you go beta test the game this weekend and let me know for mon at midnight when I start to play
El Oh El if you actually think any issues found during EA access will be patched by release. I'd be surprised if more than 1 or 2 issues are fixed all year. You're playing the same game we are.
I just get to play for a couple hours a week early and pay less for the final product than you do, along with trials of all other EA games and access to all the vault games.
I have no love for EA, but access is a great value, and the lie Sony spun about "protecting its consumers" would **** me off if I was one of their customers.

Yeah I don't buy that * for a second. I'd kill to have the EA vault.

Isn't Battlefield 1 already in it?
Yep.
BF 4, 1, and Hardline. Starwars Battlefront, Titanfall 2, and all the sports games from last year and earlier. There's some cheapy little arcade games that are good for the family as well like Peggle.
I thought I'd just by a month for $5 yearly to get a taste of NHL when access was first announced, but I never stopped my subscription, it's just such a great value.

PlayStation Now is like $100 CDN a year and absolute trash. It doesn't have any EA titles (which is basically all I play) ... it doesnt even have a lot of PS exclusives like Little Big Planet. Ugggh.

Wow, not having ps exclusives is weird. It makes sense that Sony wouldn't want to compete against EA Access, but that sucks for you.
No need to kill for EA access though. Xbox one x is coming out soon, and if you don't need all that power, I'm sure the s will be cheaper soon.

It wasn't in the budget.
For real.. Idk how someone on the dev team didn't think handedness was an important thing to consider in a training mode.
