Competitive seasons matchmaking is broken

The first round my record was 13-0-0 and i got ranked #350. I played over 5 games where i got less than 5 points. This never happened back in nhl 17, then when you was ranked pretty high you knew that you would have to play someone really good which made it really competitive and exciting. Please bring back the same matchmaking in cs that nhl 17 had

Im ok with it...Not likely to drop in rank so much if i stop playing for the day. round 2 i was rank 6 and dropped to 21 over night, not too bad.
