NHL 19 wish list is the same as it's been for the past 6 years.
1. Remove TPS and go back to the previous responsive skating engine
Just these (3) things alone will fix all game play issues, the game would be smooth, fast, responsive, and exciting. I miss the NHL 09 thru NHL 12 community, it was large, robust, loyal, and fanatical!!! over this game. EASHL was incredible, the rivals, the hours each night playing club, etc. There was no other time like it, NHL 12 was the last year this game thrived... NHL 13 saw a huge decline in EASHL loyalists, they started to complain and played less and less.. Each year since more and more EASHL legends put the game on the shelf.

As a LONG TIME Player of EA Hockey and having bought and played the very first one as well as your most recent addition(18) I have seen your game make HUGE leaps since that first year! I Love the game and especially your CREATE Modes!
If I may be so bold and suggest some wish items for 2019? These I believe would make EA Hockey even better in my humble opinion. In one word I can describe the overall context of my wish list and that is.........MORE VARIETY and CHOICES(per the Creation part of your game).....That is my favorite thing about EA is your creation zones and alot of things I wished for years ago you ended up bringing out on your own(Create a Team,Create A Uniform, etc.)and it is much appreciated! I would like to suggest More of everything
1.ALOT more Uniform choices(Jerseys,Pants,Socks)It would be great if you could actually get list of very creative original designs for them),more skates, and especially ALOT MORE Logos and emblems for the Created Teams
2.ALOT more original Goalie Masks(Not from the AHL and the other leagues)but the ones like you had in 2008 ONLY ALOT more original designs(No disrespect intended BUT I dont like to use goalie masks that someone else has)
3.More generic names cause I like to make alot of created players and I dont like to have to use some real hockey players name like Kessel when my player is named Bartkowski.(Smoky,Hotshot,Killer....names like that)
4.The ability to install created players in your franchise mode while its in its 6th season or 12 season as opposed to making them all Rookies the same year(The 1st year)
5.A better color wheel with options for GOLD and SILVER and BRONZE(Not yellow or gray, but actually Gold color and silver)
6.I also would like to suggest more Stadium ideas and unique looking ones(The 2 you have for the AHL are more unique and sweet looking than any you have for the NHL
7.More Fan movement and maybe show the fans interacting more and walking around going to the concession stand as well as the team store
8.IT would be really neat to see you gather Pix for every possible created team and show them like you do right before a game(Like the skyline of Houston or Say Cleveland, etc.)
9.I would also like to see a better more discernible FACE Generator as well.
10.I also forgot to mention that I would like to see ALOT more diverse faces and expressions from the players and conversations between them as well as the Goalies reacting in more ways.Maybe a more in depth created player personality affects and traits?
Maybe even add the number of possible created players to 700?!
Overall though you have created a GREAT Game that I really enjoy! THX for that and I would appreciate it if someone could give me feedback or let me know what they think of these ideas.
Thx so much

Bring the HUT Qualifying Tournaments to EASHL, where you if you've won a Div 1 title this month, you qualify for a top tier tournament. But don't separate the userbase like the decision to search for 3s or 6s. Just make it so if you play a ranked game against another team that qualified, it counts towards that tournament in addition to the normal seasons/leaderboard.
On the EASHL hub menu, provide more interesting information, like the top teams/payers in your division the past week, big games that happened around the the league (if 2 top teams just faced each other, Id be interested in seeing the scoreboard), longest active winning streaks, etc.
EASHL Rivals / Rematches - I absolutely love getting rematches, regardless of the previous game's result. Could include a search option for Prioritize/Refuse Rematch. Once getting to Div 1, start keeping track of team's head to head records, and show us rivals and how they've been doing.
Drop In division advancement / bring back lobbies - Let similar players play with similar players. Have group searches only match up with others group searching (a group of 2 per team plus randoms is fair. A group of 4 + 2 randoms vs 6 randoms isnt).
EASHL Flavour of the Month classes (Drop in only?) - Let the GCs submit a custom player type, have community voting, or pick the hottest player from the NHL that week/month and turn him into a 70ish overall. Im sure the GCs have player class ideas that we haven't seen, lets see some more variety, at least in drop ins.
Leaderboards - Would like to be able to see the 6s leaderboard excluding 2 human + 4 ai games, etc. Be able to see who the hottest duo is, or what teams excel at 5s with AI goalies. Right now I believe its only 3s / everything else / 6s.

I hope we see some MASSIVE gameplay changes for NHL 2019. The poke check spam has got to go, it is way too effective. Online play is incredibly boring. It has gotten easier and easier to play defense the last few years. This year in 18 playing defense is easier than ever. I can prevent other players from getting more than 5 shots on net in an entire game.... This should not be possible. Offense just isn't fun with the pokecheck spam. Veterans of this franchise like myself are still able to score plenty of goals, but many players can't get anything going at all.
I could care less about additional content and game modes. FIx the gameplay first! Loose puck dekes are still useless and completely inferior to the 'glide' maneuvers. It's time to make offense great again!
