Competitive Season - Round 1 not counting?
Okay, this is weird.. As most of you know, I am not one to complain about this game, quite the opposite if anything... but read below
For those of you who play CS, you know how the ranking system works.. for those of you who do not, here is a brief run down...
It is comprised of rounds that make up a season. You win, you get points, you lose, you lose points. The more points the better your rank. At the end of each round you get rewards depending on your rank... and at the end of the Season, they take all of your round ranks and accumulate a Season Rank.
The Problem
This current season there are have been 2 rounds (out of 5 total). I played both rounds. At the end of the round it tells you your round rank, and your new season rank. If you go to "Team Stats" it will tell you your rank for every round, and there is an "OVERALL" option that tells your Seasons Rank with all rounds combined. I ranked 995 for Round 1, and 883 for round, in the overall it says my season rank is 639; however, on the main page of Competitive Season mode it says my SEASON RANK is 12,610... it is only calculating my round 2 games for the entire season, it is not including my round 1 games in the calculation
At the end of every round, it tells you your new Season Rank on the right hand side.. so for round 1, if you played, your round rank will basically be your Season Rank.. during round 2, it said "N/A" for season rank.. as if i did not play round 1 at all?
I tried contacting EA Chat for this issue, as i assumed they would escalate my case to a "Specialist" who would actually be able to help, but they claimed i did not give them a reason to escalate my case. Cool right?
Anyone else having this problem?

Hey man, where do you "contact" EA actually ?
For your sake, being a good dude, I hope this gets resolved but when it comes to EA help "specialist" is a term they use loosely.

That’s cool. I’ve contacted EA in the past about other issues and they’ve been helpful before as well. Let’s focus on my original post and the problem at hand.
Help.ea.com and you “create a case” and choose a method of contact, either Live Chat or a phone call (only available M-F I believe).
Thanks for the support. From my experience, in the past whenever I needed something corrected or an issue with my account rectified, only a specialist was able to do so. The original EA Advisors you speak to when you originally create a case are no more helpful than an automated system when you call your credit card company. They can help with basic issues and trouble shooting but they cannot help with actually issues with your account.
I provided The specialist with 5 screenshots showing them in detail my problem. Anyone who is able to access my account will see right away what I am talking about and that there is definitely an issue with my Round 1 rank not logging. The question is can they correct that.
I will update accordingly.
Odd thing is, yes I did. But at the start of round 2 I noticed the Season Rank said “N/A” instead of my actual rank. Very odd. Definitely some sort of weird glitch.
They didn't do anything... they basically admitted to the fact it is a bug and they were going to let the "STUDIO TEAM" aware of the bug..
I honestly don't even care because I got my round rewards every round, and instead of finishing 700 for the season I finished about 1700 for the season, which is better rewards so jokes on them !
Answer: Nothing They are both equal.
