Am I losing because I don't put money in the game?

I mean in Season mode, Division mode no problem I am 48-6-3 but season mode it's the same every time I will win most of the first games but the second I get close to #2,000 I start losing so I was basically #2,157 3 hours ago and now 6 games later I am #8,183. I might have dominated 4 of these 6 games it doesn't change anything I can't even but the puck in the net.

The thing is that is not the first time it happens it's like the third time out of 5 seasons, I will lose 90% of my games even versus a noob who can't manually change his line so what is it, is there something I should know?

The game is rigged. If you play against a lower rank, or a guy with a weak team, your team gets downgraded, so the games are more even. EA will deny it, and the guys who manipulate it will tell you to get good. Whatever you do, do not buy packs. The better your team gets, the more frustrated you will be.

Before everyone starts posting that the games aren't rigged, EA has two patents on game balancing tech.

Don't listen to this guy, Whenever I look at a roster of someone who is at least 6:1 W/L ratio, none of them have guys under 90overall on their team.

Hahaha. He is so correct EA will cripple you once u get a great team. Sure they will make u win a couple. Then u go on these 0 and 5 streaks. Passes to no one 1 timers over the net. And my favorite goalie coming out 5 feet to challenge a shot. Why??? Lol.

Well you do I actually ended in the top 3,000 but took me 10 more games to do it. But the losing streak thing isn't new for me, I don't mind losing against somebody who is good but against a guy who can't manually change his line (i.e. his first pair remains on the ice 7 minutes in a row) or doesn't know how to faceoff (i.e. I win 85%+) It's suspicious to lose.

Or you quadruple their time on attack and double their shots ? All for them to skate into the zone and score on a weak wrister ? Apparently that’s hockey...

yeah that is the game this year, I started taking screen shots of the outrageous games, I have couple where I triple shots on net and double attack time and lose 3-1 or something like that, with them scoring 3 goals on 8 shots and me with 1 on 27...and all three of thier goals are third period...I spent real money this year for the first time and I won't do it again.

I deleted all my cards which were all 91+ 5 days ago, then I proceeded to uninstall. I have not yelled at my TV once since then.

Went back to playing 2K17. At least when I lose I don't feel cheated.

Oh, it is TOTALLY rigged. I have beaten teams that I had no business beating (My team rating is 95-93-92 and I'm beating 100-100-100 teams), and lose to complete idiots despite doubling them up in shots, faceoffs, and every other stat. EASHL can be rigged as well. Madden is rigged too from what I hear, although I haven't played that since '13.

Sorry man. This is just the way the game is. The possibility of there being ice tilt in the game is there and probably exists to a point. Honestly, you just gotta copy others play style. Skate the circle, shoot from the hash short side. Goes in 9/10 times. You have a good chance of scoring too if you one-time from the point. But that's about a 5/10.

I know games are a bit shady sometimes, but i am perfectly fine whit my stacked team. I win roughly 3-4 games every 5 games played.

Has nothing to do with money. Well. Ya it does. They want you to spend money. As soon as this stupid champions season nonsense came out with the update...I was in div 2... Destroyed div 3....I kid you not. I lost 17 in a row. Got to div 4 from losing so much. My team. 99-97-96. I'm in div 4 and still can't win. I was up 4-0 in the 3rd. I lost 5-4 in ot. It's ridiculous. I'm ****. The teams that beat me... The lack of skills. Can't poke can't pass can't get the puck out. Slap shot to ice it gets....caught. Like ****. Goalie doesn't cover up the puck gets excited on. Exhausted lines won't change... I've watched replays. Losing the puck to guys forever away from me. Get called for offside on breakaways. I'm telling you...you hit div 1 and get the title is EAs worst nightmare...unless you dropped the bills long before you earned your team.

You should maybe switch up your strategies every now and again, It's never good to have the same line-up game after game.

i don't think , have a good team change a lot.. your ability to play is way more important , having a good team don't change this much.

Nope. I got 95 Chelios in a free pack (haven’t spent money since ’11 or so), and he averages a point a game for me online over +20 games. Nerfed much?

I’ve played thousands of HUT games since the beginning, all the ”rigged” games (**** AI, failed onetimers, opponents scoring on everything) come when I get a bad connection to the opponent. When I have a good connection my players perform according to their stats. As for you lovely ppl thinking there is code letting you get an x game winning streak and then going on an x game losing streak... tin foil station coming up!
