-Chance to talk to coach/gm if not happy with something or want to tell that is happy for something
-Chance to ask for be a captain or alternate captain
-When u get contract offers so more information from the teams that offers that what kind of a team they have next season what player the have and what going to try get on summer
-Chance to suggest to coach some player to the team that u think would have good chemistry/impact in the team
