Need to hear back from someone who can actually do something!!!!

Ea support is insane!! The chat that you are sent to is completely useless and and is in Pakistan somewhere, these guys refuse to fix technical issues with their game. Back when rewards didn't show up for everyone I was playing online matches in hut and not getting coins after, I reported it to ea support and posted about it on here, was told by ea support to post on here and they would escalate the case and I would hear back via email, never heard back! I just get in contact with ea support again to tell them first off my evolution cards aren't evolving and secondly that I never heard back, the guy shakram or whatever his name was completely brushed me off to these forums and ended the chat, I have to say ea, completely dissatisfied with not only all the technical issues I've encountered with this game, but the absolute horrible customer service I've received! Probably last ea game I buy!!!

    I apologise for your experience with our support. If you have been sent to the forums expecting us to intervene on your account to resolve an issue I'm sorry to say that we are unable to do so. Can you clarify what expectation was set on this?

    I'm happy to gather your feedback on our support if you send me on your case number and keep the feedback related to the issue at hand.

  • I can confirm that customer service sends people here .
    They did it to me and I knew nothing can be done here .
    They do this to get rid of you and hope you are too frustrated to try back.

    @leeriehle, agents are encouraged to send you towards the games forums in a few situations. Mainly it's to gather your feedback on either your experience on the game or how your issue was handled. It could also to post a bug on our Answers HQ forum or more. If you've had a similar experience to the previous user I'm more than happy to take a look as well.
  • It was regarding the constant lag I experience only on this game even though my PS4 tests show a good connection .
    I had explained I had tryed everything EA customer service technicians had told me to try to solve it .
    So obviously he was reading from his script and struggling with it as he had no knowledge of anything I said.
    Then when I asked for someone else or a supervisor they sent me here ,where I know my issue cannot be solved.
    So I have no choice but to stop playing what used to be my favorite game for 10 years.
    That makes me sad.

    Was it really Shakram?Was he from Pakistan?Or did he just have an accent?

    Dont blame "Shakram" or "Pakistan" for poor customer service from EA!

    @leeriehle , PlayStation tests are useful to a certain extent as they let you gauge your connection speed and the NAT type however if you are encountering these issues on a regular base more in depth troubleshooting & tests are often required. If our agents are walking you through troubleshooting steps it can come across as being read from a script as these are steps they preform on a regular basis.

    Again if you wish to give me a case number I'm more than happy to look in to this.
  • I have several case numbers now and no way of knowing which one.
    I gave EA several chances to keep me as a customer and at this point I refuse to waste more time for nothing.

    Here's the case # 39836973 and it says resolved which is definitely not what's up. I haven't received any coins and my evo player Daniel Sedin isn't evolving I've talked to 6 different ppl at support and they all send me here

    Thanks for the case reference, I'll pass on the feedback on your experience.

    Can you clarify what coins you haven't received exactly? Is it after HUT matches or selling an item?

    For Daniel Sedin's Evolution not evolving, are you referring to the flashback item he recently received with his brother?



    From what I gather, Flashback items aren't performance based cards like TOTW so it won't impact his Evolution card.
