Suggestion - Add client side logic to spot and alert user of broken EASHL lobby (stuck in 0:00)

Functionality:
- Spot user has entered a broken lobby for example by simply noticing timer is stuck at 0:00
- Show user a warning and simple prompt to "Leave lobby", "Stay in lobby", where former is selected by default
This would tell the users that staying in the lobby is a waste of time and makes leaving it easy.
This would all be client side for the benefit of real persons looking for drop-ins. If real people are being matched in apparent P2P lobbies to ghost users, matchmaking needs some sanity checks. I refuse to believe these lobbies are some controllable instances on EA servers, because surely after few years you would've learned to time them out.
