Dressing Room Error - PS4

Had a lot of issues tonight joining EASHL games with the generic error message "Dressing Room Error." Seemed to happen with particular teams. I confirmed ports were forwarded but continue to run into issues. Any suggestions?

  • Same here, I thought this was just a beta error and would be fixed before full release. I want my money back.
  • think its only effecting ps4 side. tons of ps4 players getting errors.
  • I’m having to reload the app after every game or I don’t make it into the next game. Says dressing room error and I get booted. Sometimes even reloading doesn’t work. I payed good money to play this early release and can’t even do that. Is there a fix incoming soon for this? Please advise ASAP.

    Yes I’m on PS4. And yah, exactly same issues as the beta, but this time I paid for it. Not happy
  • I had this problem in the beta to where it waa pretty much unplayable and very disappointed that the same problem is happening in the actual game
  • Yep. Games aren't working. Love paying for stuff like this, more than a regular game to be a triple A game tester.

    Probably busy ripping packs. Dunno how they had the audacity to say this was fixed for the full game. Absolute trash, and money should be refunded.
  • Seriously how does this go undetected and not fixed?
  • There's no way they didn't know about this going into launch. If they acknowledge it before launch they would lose sales. Going to assume they know about it but don't know how to fix it yet like captain lag.
  • My honest opinion is they need to do something to reimburse all the people that bought early release, whether it be HUT credits or something. Paying extra for early release and not being able to play is very frustrating.
  • Somebody from the Dev/Game changers teams needs to respond to this issue expediately. @NHLDev

  • It didn’t work to reinstall in the beta, why would it work now?

    Can you explain the issue a little more? Are you able to get into game, complete it and on the 2nd time in the Dressing Room you are receiving an error? Do you have a screenshot of the error you can provide?

    It’s only in 6v6 games. Whether it be drop in or club I get booted out the same as I did in the Beta. Out of 10-12 tries to play with a full 6v6 I made it into 2 games total. The error is a dressing room error. That’s what it says. There has been a dressing room error. It’s always just myself getting booted from my team. Nobody else. I don’t understand it. It’s not my internet as I have no issues in any other games, including NHL 18. This seems to be a 19 issue. I can add a screenshot when I get back home to help. @NHLDev @NHL_ONL_Producer

  • Sure that is fine. I want to get this fixed ASAP. Not impressed with not being able to play! @NHL_ONL_Producer

    4/5 games either freezes at puck drop and says connection lost or get same error code as beta while its loading into the game. on ps4, club games....idk about drops. pretty sure its working fine on xbox and only ps4 players experiencing this. not a rare issue either, everyone on ps4 side on lg experiencing this.
