Dressing room error codes will have a server fix likely to go out sometime next week. We are stress testing the fix at the moment. Will update when we are good to go live with that.
I’m still getting the same error after the update that was supposed to fix it. I’m very frustrated as I have no been able to play the game since release and EA has been no help over the phone.
This is ridiculous. I'm still getting the error. I HAD NO PROBLEMS PLAYING NHL 18 through 13 (when I started) playing online. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS playing any other games. I only have a problem playing EASHL. This is ridiculous.
Is anyone else experiencing this the EASHL club creator? It's the ONLY difference between me and the rest of my club team. I created the team and I cannot play 50 percent of the time. Not a single other team member has the dressing room issue.
The server fix for the Dressing Room error went out late last night. Has anyone who has had the issue fairly regularly noticed any difference in the past few hours? The fix may not resolve all issues of the error, but we are fairly certain it is the most common error that is occurring for most of the users who are experiencing it.

The dressing room error is still happening to me and others as well. People are still being kicked from the games I get into. I still can't make it into 2 drop in games in a row.
This is terrible i have tried about 12 times to get in a game everytime dressing room error. A patch has come out fully expecting this error to be gone but its worse than ever now. I have emailed you and no response.
This should have been sorted at beta. Paid £59.99 to get this game and im getting an unfinished article. Fully expect some sort of refund for this as im basically just an ea tester here. Very poor!
This was a know issue in the beta. That you didn’t bother to fix it for the release, and that you are taking so long to fix it, is horrible customer care. It doesn’t seem like the community manager has much say in speeding up the work to fix this issue.
So frustrating. I won’t be getting NHL 20. This is it for me.
Im getting this problem too. Every game i play weather it be club, drop in or free for all, i have to actually turn off my ps4 and back on again to get back into a game. Really dissapointed and im unsure how EA thinks it is acceptable to charge people for a game when it doesnt work. Many errors from the beta are on the final release. I need this issue fixed, it is simply not good enough. Already had issues from 18 ignored but this is unacceptable. These comments are all from nearly a month ago and im still having the issue so im assuming it hasnt been resolved. Well it has to be resolved as youve taken peoples money. Please fix.

Update: i have just restarted my ps4 3 times and not been able to play each time. This is really taking liberties. If this cannot be solved by monday i would like a refund. Completley unacceptable.
Still can't play. At this point the best thing EA can do is give us the option of a free game on the PSN store, because Sony won't give a refund even though the product is beyond broken.
Then you have to wonder about NHL 20, and an even smaller playerbase. I know I'm not the only one that is through with the series after this game. In my 30 years of gaming, this is the most anti-consumer release I've ever experienced. What was even the point of the beta?
The first month of EASHL is always the most active. We've all been deprived of that. And it doesn't just affect those with the error, because everyone else in the game has to leave because of it. When the fix finally is live, the amount of active EASHL teams will be down and we'll be treated to the usual long times for finding games. Absolute ripoff, and it's disgusting that we're not able to get a refund for this product. This is the first time in my life I'm flat-out boycotting a game. No matter what promises are in store for NHL 20, EA isn't getting a cent from me after this disaster.

no one has seen any changes. They won't help with refunds unless you bought it on origin, as if ANYONE uses their horrible market place. They didnt fix the error in beta, they still havent fixed the game. just uninstall NHL 19 and PLEASE no one buy NHL 20. They do this because they get away with it. we all buy the next game year after year. Only way we can hurt EA is to just not buy a dam thing from them anymore. Hell I was excited for battlefield 5 but I can tell you with certainty that I am no longer even considering buying that game. EA doesn't care about consumers at all, and it has never been more clear than it is here in this situation.
EA, the fact you would sell a product that simply doesn’t work for a large percentage of your users is disappointing. That you have no active work-around or refund/credit for those effected is unacceptable. I’ve been playing your games since the 90’s. Do better.
Still getting the dressing room error in 6v6. restarting the app after every game works but first session always gives a dressing room error once the “starting game” loads in the bottom right corner. It never allows me to connect in a full 6v6 game. I’ve had no issues with online versus.
