Still not a peep from anybody about this completely game breaking bug. For months.

i have had this freakin issue since the beta, i am sick of EA jerkin us around. fix the issue or lose customers. use to be a saying, if it isn't broke don't fix it. it wasn't broke why you go (curse words galore) with it
Every day there are reports. @eahelp belittles them by saying"well, it's resolved for most people". Do you realize EASHL is a team mode? If one or two people get DRE's on the team then the whole team is impacted.

Contacted Telia techie who said nothing seems to be wrong as far as they're concerned... so it would great if anyone from EA could say whether any changes were made around Thursday?
Completely honestly, I've only started playing this series in '17, but in that time it has continued to deflate in quality. It seems like they continue to try to fix problems that aren't there and add content that people don't care about (like new shirts and pants and these awful zipper bags), while ignoring the things that need to be fixed and putting out an unfinished product that STILL crashes months and months later. I get it if there are things that you can't predict or plan for when releasing a game, but when I pay full price for a AAA game, it should NOT still be having dressing room errors and kicking people from games every single time I play. It's absolutely outrageous, no other company is like this (and still around).

The same thing still going on today. Other games working just fine, for example, played Battlefield multiplayer for I´d say roughly 5 hours between Thursday and Sunday - no problems. NHL and eashl have been nothing but dressing room errors, failing to retrieve data or not being able to connect to ea servers when starting the game. At the moment I can´t play NHL online, but I can play other games online just fine, why is that?
These couple of days have been disastrous for our team. Like I said, I started to get the DRE since last Thursday, one or two members got an error when entering the dressing room, one player dropped out in the middle of a game. And another member using the same service provider as me is getting the DRE even more than I do. And I get the occasional failed to retrieve data when other club members dont (on top the dre that is).
I was able to play yesterday more than I got errors, so it was a little better, but there seems to be something wrong with the European server(s)? People are saying that they get only American opponents etc. Apparently lots of complaints on the Finnish EASHL page on Facebook? I don't do Facebook, so I dont know the specifics.
It's lonely in here, but nevertheless: yesterday was able to play all 4 club games without any DRE. So maybe it was just a temporary thing? Fingers crossed.
its dec 27 and we are back to having dressing room errors. i feel sorry for the kids who got the game for xmas, and have this problem.
wonder how many more people are quiting this game. sure wish there was another developer, seems like EA has a monoply on NHL
I’m having to reload the app after every game or I don’t make it into the next game. Says dressing room error and I get booted. Sometimes even reloading doesn’t work. I payed good money to play this early release and can’t even do that. Is there a fix incoming soon for this? Please advise ASAP.

Can you explain the issue a little more? Are you able to get into game, complete it and on the 2nd time in the Dressing Room you are receiving an error? Do you have a screenshot of the error you can provide?
4/5 games either freezes at puck drop and says connection lost or get same error code as beta while its loading into the game. on ps4, club games....idk about drops. pretty sure its working fine on xbox and only ps4 players experiencing this. not a rare issue either, everyone on ps4 side on lg experiencing this.
If you could provide a screenshot the next time you see the error code that would help a lot. Also if you or @John403 above PM me your PSN ID, I could get one of my engineers to put server auditing on your account, so that when you get into game sessions we can see what service calls are being made and see where its potentially failing.

Eashl wont even let me get in a game i try every time i try to get in it will boot me out and say dressing room error plz help me so i can finally play with my friends
This is horrid. If I don’t get my money back, or get shown some sort of something (which I know isn’t going to happen) I’m not buying another NHL game. I have 2 boys under 5 yeas old and I won’t be buying it for neither of them either. What a Joke. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Legitimately bought a $100 of broken materials, and the company just ignores it.
I cant even into a game club 3s or 6s. I counted 22 locker room errors before I could get into a game. Tried to play a club game and got the boot from that too. EA please do a better job at fixing your 60 dollar game.
My download speed is 110 mbs why am I disconnecting and stats not counted? Also I join 6 vs 6 and get kicked for poor team play who is kicking me out of a game when I have 3 goals 2 assists and a fight win? I wont stand for this! I want Kaepernick on my hockey team now!
