Evo’s And synergies

I know that cards can only get one attribute upgrade a month and ea has said that if the card gets two upgrades in a month the second will be different synergy. I am wondering if a card gets a second upgrade in a month will the evo card get another synergy added?

AFAIK the synergies in EVO cards are permanent. So for example, Hall has BU, it will stay this way until the end.

This kind of makes EVO cards overpriced, because as season goes on, the new cards will have multiple synergies, but EVOs will have just the one they have now...
