Custom Team Goal Horns Not Working in Club

No matter what configuration I use, we cannot get our custom goal horn to play in club. Yes everyone playing is a team member. Club goal horn is set to custom & we’ve tried setting the players goal horns to None, Custom & Preset and every time
It goes by those and not the clubs...
