serious issue in shootout mode

So i face a guy and beat him.. then i face him back 2 times and he quit before the game start in both game..
so at my big suprise when i come back to look game history i see him with 2 wins while he leave before it start.
i checked his game history and i see he keep doing that to a lot of person.

another smaller issue i got is that.. one time i was playing against a guy.. and then at round 4 after he shoot he press on start.. when the game come back it was him shotting against with the guy 5.. but i completelly loss my shot at player 4.. the worst i checked game replay and we see that the guy go streight 2 times doing shot ..
i have a video to prove it if needed.
