Create a 2k career mode with a story. So many people go on YouTube and watch series of people’s NBA careers in 2k. Everyone wishes to be in their favorite sports highest level. Give us an interesting user controlled story mode with our decisions actually making a positive or negative impact in our careers! Either we are a top prospect with all eyes on us, having to handle the pressure and live up to the hype. Or we are an under the radar, late pick who makes the teams who pass on us wish they didn’t!
I think doing this will bring a lot of new people to the game

I think most people don’t care about the story. None of my friends cared one bit. People just want to play.
You don’t need, means not that other, maybe many other don’t want. This i see very different. A story mode gives a game a taste of life. If someone only wants to play, there is no licence for Teams or players necessary. Name it ;;Fun Basketball or Fun Hockey „ and it would be enough for playing. For some such Sports are a Religion, some play it only for fun.
Never played any 2k career modes. What kind of microtransactions does it have?
That’s true. I just feel like there’s other more important priorities that need to be done beforehand we get a story mode.
2K allows you to buy something called VC. VC is used to buy upgrades for better stats and different shot animations based off real NBA players. Getting VC from playing the game is a grind. I played 2K18 at launch and many players bought VC and dominated every MyPark game. It wasn’t fun.
If you mean the gameplay ? What have changed in that case all the years ? They working since years, but is it realy better ? In offline mode maybe yes, but for online players ?
