I would LOVE there to be a setting to disable the ai from trying to dump the puck and chase in EASHL - 99% of the time it doesn't work so either CROSS THE DAMN LINE OR TAKE THAT HIT LIKE A MAN YOU DAMN TURKEY!!
Or they should tune the game to make the dump and chase a more effective strategy
USHL would be good too, cause there are many important draft prospects at the US National Team. Maybe better to buy also IIHF licence and add the World Juniors WC ships. There will be many young good prospects in the Rosters.

I think the tough thing with USHL is that the prospects who get drafted from it go to college anyways instead of the nhl. USHL is kinda like the Canadian Junior A Hockey Level. So NCAA would be in a way more favorable.

Would like to see both ! Its not for sure that possible number 1 Pick Jack Hughes ( USHL - USA National Team ) will go back to College after he will be drafted number 1. I guess he will play next year in the NHL. Many high drafted picks in 19 will come from the USA National Team. Zegras, Boldy, Hughes, Caufield, York, Beecher, Vlasic, Turcotte,
I still remember playing this mode in NHL 14 and being part of Facebook groups for leagues. Man this was legendary, as close to being a real gm as possible. Even NHL 2k8 had a game mode like this. How we reverted backwards in the new gen consoles doesn’t make sense.

I miss that and live the life, what I'd love is a new Live the Life with more polish and less repetitive questions. I'd love to see a 3D world for my pro to interact so the family rating is replaced by the family you actually have so you can make your own story with the game. As I have noted in previous statements I would like to do this in a vintage world, but I really, really miss Live the Life.

Who knows these days with high draft picks, Cale Makar is still in the NCAA and we was 4th overall in 2017. Maybe Jack Hughes chooses Michigan?

I am not so sure if his brother ( Quinn ) will stay in Michigan when they fail the playoffs. Vancouver will try to offer him an entry level deal when they will be close to a playoff spot at the end of regular season. So possibility that he will play the last 6-9 games in Vancouver is alive. We will see. Makar is not that kind of D men Colorado needs now. They will bring up the more physical playing Timmins when he is full recovered from injury.

Who knows how much confidence Vancouver has for this year, right it currently stands the best they can get is a wild card, Pacific’s top 3 are 13 points ahead. So who knows how much it’s worth to take a year from his contract.
1. Add a centralized server in the USA (all servers need to be dedicated)
2. Increase the capacity on all servers also
3. Increase agility and acceleration, the game needs to be more responsive
That's about it, make the game more responsive, immediate feedback of your inputs!!! This will fix the game.

If they are close to a play off spot 10 games before regular season is over, they could bring him, If he will play only 9 games and the Playoff spot is lost they can send him down and no year of the entry level contract is lost for Vancouver. If they reach the Playoffs and he continue to play in the playoffs, I guess this 1 year it is worth the price. For example Clayton Keller played for Arizona 3 games at the end of regular season 2016-17. This year did not count for his entry level deal. He is now in second year of his 3 year entry level deal.
A player on an entry-level contract can skate in nine games before teams must decide whether to send him to the American Hockey League or junior hockey and delay the start of their contract to the following season. Teams still can send a player down after his 10th game, but it would use up the first season of his contract regardless of how many more NHL games he played.

You know with the adding leagues, which Europe leagues should be added (KHL aside)?

All intressting and good European leagues are in. Only most important league KHL is missing. I would like to see that it is possible to play games in all these leagues including the American leagues. The leagues are useless there, when you can not start a Franchise career. I guess it will be necessary to buy IIHF licence to do that, I have many good ideas to give this game a taste of life spirit. The graphics and details of graphic including statistics are poor made in this game and since years nearly the same ( mean not the gameplay, this is another thing )
