What is being done to people who are reported for pause glitching?

Am I wasting my time filling out an EA ticket to report people?

Why does EA only send me back a link to report people to Sony, why cant EA forward that information along instead of wasting more of my own?

How are players being victimized by this being compensated by EA?

A pat on the back ... People used to blantanly IP boot , and do it to win comp seasons, ea still gave them prizes and kept them on the leaderboards ...

I remember some time ago that Sony will only investigate cases for THEIR games. Since EA lacks any reporting system built into their game and it's not an actual Sony title, you are wasting time.

Yes you are wasting your time.

Your time costs nothing for EA, that is why they want you to take care of it through Sony.

Nothing is being done to compensate anyone. Been this way for at least 7 years.

I’m not even going to play nhl anymore like everyone’s doing the glitch pause getting all these coins that they can go buy all the best players in the game in hut mode then there me my team that I don’t spend any money on hut points to buy packs just makes the game impossible for me to play now cause everyone’s team has like 93 overall on. Has this glitch been around all year or did it just start? Seems to be an epidemic now

This just happened to me the first time this morning, two games in a row, the first guy I scored on in the first 2 minutes of the game. I thought he was rage quiting, nope I got a loss and no coins... Then the very next game this next guy didn't even wait and did the glitch right away.

The most hilarious part is according to my online seasons record both games count as a loss. But neither loss counted as a game played for my daily objectives....


I have the team name for the second guy, but what good is that? EA gonna do something about it?

EA wont do anything, they never do. Yet these piles of crap that do it are not allowed to be called out because its a TOS violation of the site. Seems a little backwards to me. EA doesnt care, never have, never will and the reason this garbage goes on so much is because of that.

It's been around since the beginning of NHL19, probably earlier, but the general public has only just been leaked on how it works.
