It is a major slap in the face to have such low value given in return for old colletables. As for sets expiring, it would flood the market and devalue the set cards if they didnt.
  • while i can agree it's better than nothing it's not much better than nothing. since i earned some in challenges and could not sell them in the Auction House it's hard not to feel cheated with their offer.

i'll hold out a bit longer and hope EA comes to their senses.
  • I too will hold out hope for something better...

To address the timer expiring and info available on Reddit:

There was a message on this forum somewhere that stress Evo would be an "event" and many people took that as singular. Which it was. And it was reposted on Reddit and analyzed. But it was all theory. In prior years all sets had time limits. They just got reintroduced a week later or month later. So it is highly understandable that many believed they could hold into their collectibles for future use. It's the way it's been, and absolutely nothing to the contrary was posted in the gameplay. And again, even if it was a one time event never to be reintroduced, the Sun sets would pony up something of value. Afterall these collectibles were very rare and were fetching high 20,000 to low 30000 coins most of their run.

A silver player is simply revolting.

That's called gambling, having forknowledge due to past events in years prior. There was never any guarantee that this would occur, thus it's a gamble. It may actually be smart strategy by ea based on the amount of coins it took out of the market place. Many people bought these up for 15-20k a piece(or more) which are now worth 0.00001% of orignal cost. Corporations thrive on this type of shenanigans. Its sickening!
