Equipment Update?

I was wondering if we were going to see another equipment update for the game before the end of the season? More specifically, if the Brain's G-Netik IV equipment and CCM Extreme Flex 4 sticks. I know the E-Flex 4 pads and gloves were patched in earlier, but the sticks were left out. Last year's game saw the Brain's gear added and midway through the season. It would also be cool if the Whalers jersey could be updated to the Adidas style. I realize the Hurricanes are only scheduled to wear them twice this season, but the Arenas jersey was added last year for the Maple Leafs and they only wore it once. It's almost February now, so I'm assuming any updates to graphics are most likely going to be held off till NHL 20 next fall, but one can be hopeful I suppose.

I am waiting for such graphic detail updates too. I guess the Art department is busy to create Hut frames with high ratings. It will bring them money. Pads, gloves, Goalie masks jerseys and more stuff are unfortunately not important to add.

Please EA give us the Brian's G-Netik IV and those new Vaughn SLR Ventus 2 also... Because if it's in the game it's in the game right?

Ahhh... I remember those days of "If it's in the game, it's in the game" lol. I thought about the new Vaughn SLR Ventus 2, but thought those came out midway through the season, but there's a catching glove a couple of guys have been using that doesn't quite match the VE8 glove. More colour zone options on the two Bauer sets would be greatly appreciated too! With all the custom graphics Bauer is popping out, I don't expect EA to be able to do all of them, but at least allowing for some solid colour zones on the Bauer Vapor 2X gear at the very least, being able to replicate Cam Wards Winter Classic pads, would be nice.

Lol what about Bauer Re-Akt player helmet? How embarrassing is it that one of the most popular helmets in the the actual NHL missing from the only modern NHL game in existence.

For clarification, I'm not talking about Re-Akt 100 or 200 btw.

Guess we aren't getting any new pads or equipment Sucks as FIFA gets updates to equipment a few times a year.

Graphic details like this and much more of this would make this game more sweet. Unfortunately EA art department do not care about. From my opinion they take most of time to produce new Frames for special higher rated Hut cards probably they see there the way for the future of their next NHL issues.

Here's hoping that they patch in the new Tampa Bay Lightning thirds and maybe include some new gear. I highly doubt they will seeing as it's now mid-February and most equipment updates will be held off till next year's game. But it's kind of silly that the Brain's gear was never included. First of all it came out during the summer, plenty of time to patch it in like they did with the CCM gear. Second of all, what good does it do including it in next year's game when all the guys using it will be using new Brain's gear next year anyways?

Unfortunately they do not like to work much for this. It doesn’t matter if it’s jerseys, equipment like gloves, Pads, Goalie masks, much more player likenesses and so on. I hope they will get consequences from many customers at next years issue. They deserve it.

Another patch and another disappointment as we don't get any new equipment... Now i believe that we really aren't getting anything new to NHL 19 anymore... They haven't even updated Senators center ice logo and it is very clear sign that they don't care... I know these aren't the biggest things to worry but still... Come on EA!

They are also not able to add many missing player pics or change old player pics. This is minimum base to do something for the art department. At Last years issue they made a pic update in mid Feb. This year nothing, same as player likenesses ( only Pettersson, Duclair, Bracco after release date ) or doing much in adding equipment like jerseys, Goalie masks, gloves, sticks, pads .... I do not know any important Sport game which is so poor done in this case. Completely dissapointing during all the last years.

Yea, still pretty disappointed about this.

I really hope we get some communication about this before NHL 20. If this is an NHL game, why do bizarre outfits and and Adidas merch get priority over actual NHL equipment?
